We are looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets operations, ensuring strong financial controls, operational excellence, and compliance within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

As part of our Global Finance team, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations by:

• Lead the Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets teams.
• Oversee the full fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and physical inventories.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and compliance with accounting policies.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to deliver operational excellence. 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Solid experience managing Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
• Strong knowledge of depreciation, capitalization, and fixed asset accounting.
• Experience leading accounting teams.
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
• Knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 16, is desirable.
• Advanced English.
