We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Manager/ Set up offices to provide executive support and drive operational excellence at our new office in Mexico. This dynamic leader will be responsible for overseeing high-level administrative functions and contributing to the strategic growth of our business in the Oil & Gas sector.

  1. Leadership and Development: Take on a leadership role in managing the administrative functions in Mexico, with a focus on developing processes and systems that align with the company’s expansion objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that supports the long-term growth of the office.
  2. Office Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day administrative and office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to company policies, and optimal use of resources to meet business goals. This includes overseeing financial and accounting processes to ensure accurate reporting.
  3. Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the leadership team, departments, vendors, and external partners. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
  4. Procurement, Financial Oversight, and Documentation: Support procurement efforts for office supplies, services, and administrative resources. Maintain accurate and organized company records, contracts, and business documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist in financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting to ensure the proper allocation and expenditure of resources.


Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or finances.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel to Equatorial Guinea as needed.
