Business Development Rep — Recruitment Services | Commission-Only | Remote

What's the opportunity? You bring us companies that need to hire — we handle the entire recruitment operation from start to finish. No managing candidates, no sourcing, no operational work. Just business development and relationship building on your end.

What you'll do:

• Identify companies with active or ongoing hiring needs
• Pitch our recruitment services to HR leaders, Directors and C-level contacts
• Close the agreement and hand the client off to our operations team
• Maintain the relationship to generate repeat and referral business

Who you are:

• 2+ years in B2B sales, staffing, HR consulting or similar fields
• Strong existing network across mid-to-large companies in any industry
• Self-starter comfortable working without a base salary
• Able to generate and manage your own pipeline independently
• No prior staffing or recruitment experience required
