We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated:

  • Handle employee documentation, including onboarding paperwork, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Manage the process of employee registrations, benefits administration, and personal file updates.
  • Track and support employee well-being initiatives, ensuring a high standard of workplace quality and benefits management.
  • Assist in coordinating HR-related administrative processes, such as payroll support, leave requests, and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Report directly to the Executive Corporate team, supporting corporate HR initiatives.


Requisitos

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or personnel management.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and HR management systems.
  • Availability for international travel.
  • On-site position (requires in-office presence).
