*To manage a team of field sellers and lead them to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Gas Stations,

Convenience, and Kiosks accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of

agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.


*Coverage of defined database both personal and team. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.


*Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements,

cashier coolers, Perfect Store, etc


* Build great relationships in defined region by providing first class customers service and engagement.


*Implementing the promotions according to the agreed conditions in the store from the first day.

Requisitos

*Min. 3 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG

*Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.

*Clear understanding of Off Premise channel.

*High negotiation and interpersonal skills.

*Availability to travel.
