👥 Team: 23 direct reports (Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, and Engineers)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities for our forging operations. This role requires a strong technical background in machinery management and the leadership skills to effectively manage a team and present results to senior leadership in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage hiring, training, and development of the maintenance team.
• Ensure optimal performance of forge machinery, including headers, presses, hammers, furnaces, and shot blasters.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Analyze and report maintenance performance metrics to U.S. leadership.

Requirements:

✔ Technical expertise in forge machinery maintenance.

✔ Strong leadership to manage a team and drive operational excellence.

✔ Advanced English (able to present results and communicate with U.S. stakeholders).

✔ Experience in high-volume manufacturing and maintenance operations.
