Technical Director - (Senior Project Director)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale projects. This is a strategic leadership role within a dynamic and innovation-driven organization.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring technical and financial performance.
• Involvement in EPC or large-scale industrial projects
• Oversee all technical deliverables and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal sales teams, ensuring satisfaction and alignment
• Contribute to business development, including technical positioning and tender reviews
• Manage and grow a team of Project Managers and Project Directors
• Define departmental structure to align with strategic business goals
• Monitor and report financial and technical KPIs to upper management

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering degree or technical Master’s degree
• 15+ years of experience in complex project management
• Fluent in English
• Experience in the service industry working with the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and client relationship skills
