Responsibilities:

• Ensures that VIP clients at corporate events have an exceptional service.

• Understand the different type of customers and analyze the experiences they have with the company at internal corporate events.

• Develop strategies to improve the customer experience, managing key relationships and coordination with other departments to ensure efficient service.

• Implementation of loyalty programs and resolution of any problems that may arise with VIP clients.

• Analyze data and trends to improve service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Requisitos

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in similar positions.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is a must.

• Skills: Solid experience in managing high-level clients, exceptional communication skills as you will work with high-profile clients. Passion for excellence in customer service creating memorable experiences for exclusive clients.

• Location: remote (Ideally CDMX, open to evaluate other LATAM level countries.

• Availability to travel.
