A leading international gastronomic company is urgently seeking: IT Workplace L2 System Engineer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Active Directory administration, support, and maintenance (GPO, DNS, PKI, DFS, and Other Domain Relevant Services).
Messaging environment administration, support and maintenance (Hybrid Exchange environment).
Microsoft 365 administration, support and maintenance (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Create/Maintain and enhance team related documentation (KB articles, Operational manuals).
Support ticket resolution.
SCCM administration, support and maintenance, including deployments (OS build, applications, patch management).
MDM administration, support and maintenance (MS Intune).
Support for the global printing solution.
Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles in international companies
Deep understanding of M365 & Active directory domain.
Understanding of Workplace support domain (M365, Endpoint management, Messaging and collaboration)
Experience managing a multinational and multilingual workplace.
Expert, high-level knowledge of legacy and emerging technology landscape.
Understanding of key infrastructure technologies and associated architectural considerations.
Participation on an on-call rotation for a 7-day period (10pm – 8am during weekdays and one weekend) should be expected every 7-8 weeks.
Conversational English required.
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
· MCSA and/or MCSE
· Knowledge of ITIL best practices
· PowerShell and/or other scripting tools
· Microsoft 365
· General Active Directory administration
· PKI/Radius/DNS
